Agreement of public offer of purchase and sale of goods

This Agreement of public offer of purchase and sale of goods is public, that is, in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are the same for all buyers, regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur). By fully agreeing to this Agreement, the buyer accepts the terms and procedure for placing an order, paying for the goods, delivery of the goods and the terms of this Agreement.
