Dispatch
All orders are sent to the post office according to the production period of the ordered product.
The main carrier is Nova Poshta. Please agree with the manager on the exact time and delivery details.
You can choose the desired delivery service when coordinating the order with the manager.
Pickup
You can pick up your order at the factory on working days (please coordinate the time and address where you can pick up your order with our manager when placing the order).
The cost of delivery in Ukraine is according to the current tariffs of the selected delivery service.
Payment
Since all products are made to order, we take a 10 percent advance payment, which is paid to the official account of the FOP.
You can pay the balance at the post office after receiving your order.
Importantly:
The following are not grounds for a refund:
- Dimensional deviations during the manufacture of individual product elements within 2-3 cm
- Slight differences in the shade of fabric for upholstery or leather from those presented in the catalog (for technological reasons).
